For all matches, including Classic, Challenge, Recreation, and Adult, please follow the below link to the SC Referee website to fill out the form: SC Referee Site.  This EXCLUDES Premier League Matches.  Please follow the procedure below for Premier.

2009 Premier Game Procedures
  • Referees are to check teams in using the State generated rosters and the USYS player/coach passes before each game.  ONLY players, primary rostered to the team, are allowed to participate in Region 3 Premier League games.  This should be done no later than 15 minutes prior to kick-off time.
  • Teams are to pay the referees when they supply their rosters and player passes.  See the Fee Schedule page for the appropriate rates.
Game Procedures

Pre-game
The managers should give the referee the following:
  • Referee Fees
  • Player passes (don't forget or the game is a forfeit)
  • Official State Roster (the first team on the schedule) is to present the referee with a referee report.  The report will be under documents on the web site.  Both team managers are to ensure that players and/or coaches serving suspensions are properly marked on the referee report.
Immediate Post game
  • Team managers should retrieve their passes and rosters from the referee
  • The HOME team manager should have the referee complete the referee report.  If there are red cards or injuries have the referee fill out a supplemental report and sign each report.  (IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN A RED CARD FOR VIOLENT CONDUCT WHICH IS A 2 GAME SUSPENSION AND ALL OTHER RED CARDS (INCLUDING A RED CARD FOR A 2ND YELLOW) WHICH ARE ONLY A ONE GAME AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION.)
  • Both team managers should initial the referee report.
  • Both team managers should re-confirm that suspensions served are properly marked on the report.
Post game - within 48 hours after the game
  • The home team manager should send the referee report (ONE PER GAME REQUIRED) to the D&P Chairman Scott Weiland at FAX 919-488-1244 OR EMAIL R3PLEAST@GMAIL.COM.  This must be to Scott no later than Tuesday morning following the match.
  • Both team managers must enter the score in the system for their team as well as all yellow cards, red cards, and suspensions served for their team.
It is no longer necessary to complete a team ejection report.
