To assist in the education, training, development, and instruction of soccer referees
To promote the welfare of the game of soccer, its players, and referees
To encourage the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship
To promote the uniform interpretation and administration of the laws of the game by all referees
To cooperate with all bodies officially connected with the game of soccer for the purpose of furthering the interests and ideals of soccer
To do other things deemed necessary and proper towards the achievement of the purposes of this society and the game of soccer
